Lynne Charney has joined our Executive team as Director, Human Resources to focus on our greatest asset – our employees. Lynne brings more than 25 years of HR experience to her position as an experienced manager with expertise in Human Resources and Project Delivery.

Her expertise in People Development, Policy Development, Issue Resolution and her hands on knowledge of Benefits, Compensation programs, Employment Law Legislation, Recruitment and Performance Evaluation has supported Lynne’s successful career in the Human Resources field. Her diverse background includes a progressive HR career in a multitude of sectors including manufacturing, health, education, oil service, legal, not for profit and food/retail.

Lynne has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
