Devon was looking to establish a standardized meeting room integration that was similar to their Corporate Head Office approach and would be functional to the way the Canadian Head Office operated. In addition, Devon Canada was looking for a preferred audio visual integrator that could meet all of their evolving audio visual needs.
Sharp's Audio Visual Solution
Sharp's Audio Visual developed the system design for the standardized meeting room. The SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard had been introduced with some adoption at Devon's Corporate Head Office and to a small degree the Canadian Head Office. Each of the meeting rooms were equipped with a front projection SMART Board, NEC ceiling mounted projector, room resident PC, DVD/VCR sources, wireless Crestron control, Polycom Audio Conferencing and wireless keyboard and mouse.

Results
Over thirty five meeting rooms have been integrated with a nearly identical complement of products. The typical end user now relies on having proper presentation equipment available to them in every meeting. Sharp's Audio Visual has worked with Devon Canada to expand the presence of audio visual systems within their facility by assisting other specialty projects including 3 geophysical rooms.
