I'm not going to lie...I can't take credit for "finding" the website featured on today's Fresh Look Fridays post. It's one of those sites that routinely comes up in workshops from those that know best -- teachers on the 'front lines' in the classroom.
The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives is a site that has a HUGE amount of...you guessed it...Virtual Manipulatives. It's super easy to navigate as it's categorized by both grade level and unit within Math.
Tons of fun for everybody! It works especially well in a classroom when students are again given the task of problem solving in a small group on their SMART Board.
If you are a Math teacher, or know one on your staff, make sure they don't miss out on this fantastic, interactive site!
Enjoy your weekend!
